Scotty Sheriff is the founder of the Sheriff Law Firm, LLC. He is an accomplished litigator, a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, and has been licensed in South Carolina, Texas, and New Mexico. Mr. Sheriff's primary field of law is presently concentrated in the great state of South Carolina. Scotty Sheriff has been both an Assistant Solicitor in Charleston and an Assistant District Attorney in New Mexico.

Scotty Sheriff Graduated from Texas Tech School of Law as a scholarship recipient in 2004 and during his law school career has held many prestige accomplishments such as placing in the top percentage in his class in the area of tort law and contract law. Mr. Sheriff was also his 2nd year class president and 1st year class vice-president. He was also a student bar association officer for two years and a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

Scotty Sheriff attended the prestigious Military College of South Carolina, better known as The Citadel. Mr. Sheriff graduated from The Citadel in 2001 as a Senior Officer. He was an academia scholarship recipient and a member of the Elite Summerall Guards. He sat as a Justice on the Honor Court and an officer of the INN of the Court. Mr. Sheriff was a letterman in Rugby and also was a member of the Boxing team.
